Right now we're focused on Northern Florida (Jacksonville, Duval, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns counties) and Western New York (Erie and Niagara counties), where our team is based. If your property is outside those areas, reach out anyway. We'll either help or point you toward someone honest.
That's a fair question. We're a local family business, run by Wendy with her daughter Maryellen, based right here in WNY. All transactions are handled through a licensed title company, and you'll always have time to review paperwork with your own attorney before signing anything. We encourage it.
