Golden Rose Advisors was started by Wendy, who got tired of watching homeowners pushed into decisions they didn't really understand. Her daughter Maryellen helps her run it.

We're a new business. The legal setup is done. We've built relationships with local title companies. The systems are in place, and we're ready to handle our first transactions with the same care we'd want if it were our own family in a hard situation.

Where We Work

Northern Florida and Western New York

Right now we're focused on Northern Florida, especially the Jacksonville area (Duval, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns counties). We're working with local title companies and partners there.

Wendy and Maryellen are based in Western New York, where the business is headquartered. We work with sellers and buyers in WNY as well.
